Buccaneers | Alstott May not Play Friday

The Associated Press reports Tampa Bay Buccaneers FB Mike Alstott (stinger) may not play Friday, August 12, in the team's preseason opener. "When he went in and the medical trainers said it's a stinger, we just said, 'that's it, you're done,'" running backs coach Art Valero told the Tampa Tribune. "We did that just as a precautionary deal."
