The St. Petersburg Times reports free agent WR Karl Williams (Cardinals) was an observer at Tampa Bay Buccaneers practice Wednesday, August 10. "Yeah, I don't want to speculate, but obviously, we'll keep in touch with him," head coach Jon Gruden said. "He expressed a desire to continue playing. I don't want to publicly comment anymore because that's all it was, getting reacquainted, seeing where he is with his career, seeing what he wants to do. And he understands our situation."
