Broncos | Counting on Major Production From Sauerbrun

Andrew Mason, of DenverBroncos.com, reports the Denver Broncos will be counting heavily on P Todd Sauerbrun to help cure the team's awful punting performance of recent years. In the past three years, the Broncos were 30th in the league in net punting average. "His statistics speak for themselves," general manager Ted Sundquist said. "Punting at altitude for eight regular-season games will be a boon to him. He's an older guy; he's been in the league a while. I think he'll understand that the air is rare here."
