Len Pasquarelli, of ESPN.com, reports the Chicago Bears have had the No. 4 slot in the first round of the NFL Draft four times in franchise history. The Bears' past selections gives the team reasons to be optimistic for the future of rookie RB Cedric Benson, who was taken in the same slot in 2005. Three of the Bears' No. 4 selections - RB Gale Sayers (1965), RB Walter Payton (1975) and DT Dan Hampton (1979) are in the NFL Hall of Fame. The other selection - QB Johnny Lujack - earned All-Pro honors during his NFL career.
