Jaguars | Toefield Showing His Stuff

Vito Stellino, of the Florida Times-Union reports Jacksonville Jaguars RB LaBrandon Toefield is working with the No. 1 offense at the Jaguars' organized team activities because RB Fred Taylor (knee) is still sidelined following knee surgery. Currently, Toefield is the running back, Greg Jones is the fullback and Chris Fuamatu-Ma'afala is backing up both while fighting for a starting spot. Toefield is excited he is being given his chance. "When an opportunity comes, you've got to be ready,'' he said. ''I'm ready now and the opportunity is there. I've got to make the best of it. If Fred can't go, then I'm the guy.'' Toefield has battled his own injuries, but he has played in 30-of-32 games in his first two seasons.
