Pirates | Evans Suspended 15 Games

The Associated Press reports Pittsburgh Pirates IF Tom Evans was suspended for 15 games for failing a drug test. The program for players with minor league contracts is wider in scope than major league testing and includes tests not only for steroids, but for amphetamines and recreational drugs such as cocaine and marijuana.
