Seahawks | Tender Contract Offer to Richard

The Seattle Seahawks have tendered a contract offer to restricted free agent CB Kris Richard, reports the Associated Press. Seattle can match any offer Richard receives from other teams. If Richard signs with another team, the Seahawks will be compensated with a draft pick from the round in which Richard was originally drafted.
