Ravens | Coaches Working on Offensive Problems

According to Adam H. Beasley of BaltimoreRavens.com, for the last couple of weeks Baltimore Ravens offensive coordinator Jim Fassel has held daylong meetings with his staff, discussing the team's strengths and weaknesses, both in personnel and in scheme. "It's going really well," Fassel said. "The conversations are good. I kind of know what I want to change, what I want to do, and we've got people in the room that have their own ideas." The entire offensive coaching staff has been on hand, except for quarterbacks coach Rick Neuheisel, who is still on the West Coast due to his unlawful termination lawsuit against the University of Washington.
