Marlins | Mecir Signed

The Associated Press reports the Florida Marlins signed RP Jim Mecir (Athletics) to a one-year, $1.1 million contract. He can earn an additional $100,000 in performance bonuses with Florida: $25,000 each for 40, 50, 60 and 70 games.
