Eagles | McNabb Breaks NFL Completions Record

With a club record 14 consecutive pass completions to start Sunday's, Dec. 5, game against the Green Bay Packers, combined with 10 consecutive completions to end the Week 12 game versus the New York Giants, Philadelphia Eagles QB Donovan McNabb set the NFL record with 24 consecutive pass completions, reports PhiladelphiaEagles.com. McNabb knocked Hall of Fame QB Joe Montana out of the NFL record book. Montana completed 22 consecutive passes against the Cleveland Browns (five) on Nov. 27, 1987 and the Green Bay Packers (17) on Dec. 6, 1987.
