49ers | Surgery a Success for Isom

The Associated Press reports San Francisco 49ers FB Jasen Isom (Achilles') underwent successful, season-ending surgery on his torn left Achilles' tendon Tuesday, October 12. He will begin to rehab the injury after spending the next 6-8 weeks in a cast. Isom is out for the rest of this season.
