Packers | Smith Could See Time at Nose Tackle

Dave Lawrence, of Packers.com, reports the Green Bay Packers re-signing of DT Larry Smith could allow DT Cletidus Hunt to switch over to his natural three-technique role with Smith taking some reps at nose tackle. Hunt has been playing nose tackle for the past two games due to knee injuries sidelining DTs Grady Jackson (knee) and James Lee (knee). "One of Larry's great assets is his versatility," said defensive coordinator Bob Slowik. "The greatest thing is having Larry back and having another defensive lineman in the mix. He gives us options to make those moves."
