Packers | McBrien Pushing To Stick on Roster

Pete Dougherty, of PackersNews.com, reports Green Bay Packers QB Scott McBrien is making strides in training camp and is making a strong push to stick on the team's final roster as the No. 3 QB this year. "(McBrien) is very interesting," said Tom Rossley, the Packers' offensive coordinator. "He plays fast. As soon as he came into the game, people realized the speed he plays at. He's quick, he's live, he brings a little juice to the offense. It's going to be a good race." McBrien is competing with QB Tim Couch, who has struggled to adapt to the team's offense.
