MLB | Eckersley Inducted into Hall of Fame

John Kekis, of the Associated Press, reports retired P Dennis Eckersley was inducted into the MLB Hall of Fame Sunday, July 25, at ceremonies in Cooperstown, New York. Eckersley pitched for five teams in 24 seasons, winning 197 games and saving 390 games. He also appeared in 1,071 games, the most of any Hall of Fame pitcher.
