Bills | Installing Balanced Attack on Offense

John Tramontana, of BuffaloBills.com, reports the Buffalo Bills plan to utilize a balanced attack on offense this season, emphasizing the running game and reducing the pressure off QB Drew Bledsoe. "Ideally what we'd like to do here is have a balanced attack, but we're going to come out with the idea that we're going to run the ball and they have to stop the run," offensive coordinator Tom Clements said. The learning curve to adjust to the new scheme is favorable, according to Bledsoe. "The terminology of the new system is very similar, so our learning curve is going to be pretty quick," Bledsoe said. "This year you're going to see us be more stubborn, more hard headed about playing the brand of football that fits our talent."
