Ravens | Stewart Taking Crash Course to Learn Offense

The Associated Press reports Baltimore Ravens QB Kordell Stewart, who was recently signed to backup starting QB Kyle Boller, received a crash course of the team's playbook during minicamp, which concluded Thursday, June 10. "It's like going south on I-695 doing 150 m.p.h., and you're new to this country so you have to read every single sign,'' Stewart said. "I'm trying to see them on the go. Some of them I have to reverse and take a peek at before going again. Eventually, I'll get it.'' Head coach Brian Billick is confident Stewart will grasp the system. "It's like learning a new language,'' Billick said. "But when he comes back for training camp, he should have enough of a base underneath him so that he can put his best foot forward.''
