Steelers | Milons Ready to Prove Worth
Jerry DiPaola, of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, reports Pittsburgh Steelers WR/KR Freddie Milons, who was acquired via trade from the Philadelphia Eagles last summer, did not play in 2003 primarily due to the trade conditions. If Milons would have suit up for one game last year, the Steelers would have owed the Eagles a sixth-round draft choice. "I was cool with it," Milons said of the team's decision. "I had no choice." Milons is anxious to make an impact in 2004. "I have a lot to prove to a lot of fellows around here, as well as myself," Milons said. "Time, patience and hard work and we'll see what happens."
