Indians | D'Amico Update

Anthony Gagliano, of Indians.MLB.com, reports Cleveland Indians SP Jeff D'Amico (back) will begin a rehab assignment with Single-A Lake County Monday, May 24. D'Amico, on the DL since May 14, is rehabbing from a lower back strain.
