Bengals | Bresnahan to Serve Multi-Purpose Role
Updating a previous report, Geoff Hobson, of Bengals.com, reports Cincinnati Bengals recently hired assistant coach Chuck Bresnahan is expected to work primarily with the team's third-down defense packages but will also serve other coaching roles. "Chuck will be a great addition to our staff," said Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis. "We'll utilize his talents in a lot of different areas. He'll not only assist our defensive coaches, he'll also help the offensive coaches in the breakdown and analysis of the opponent's defense." Last season, Bresnahan served as the Oakland Raiders defensive coordinator.
