Patriots.com reports in three NFL Europe games, New England Patriots QB Rohan Davey twice has been named the NFLE's offensive player of the week, and his 127.9 passer rating was the best in league history after three games, surpassing former NFLE stars such as St. Louis Rams QB Kurt Warner (105.7), Cincinnati Bengals QB Jon Kitna (93.2) and free agent QB Pat Barnes, formerly of the Cleveland Browns (118.3).
