Marlins | Union Grievance Coming On Banks

Updating a previous item, Clark Spencer of The Miami Herald reports the Major League Baseball Players Association will likely file a grievance on Florida Marlins OF Brian Banks (knee), saying the team released him without cause. "The union contacted me, and we understand it may file a grievance," Banks said. "I can say yes, they definitely will."
