Steelers | Schneck Agrees To Terms

Jerry DiPaola, of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, reports the Pittsburgh Steelers have agreed to a two-year, $1.295 million contract with LS Mike Schneck. The deal includes a $100,000 signing bonus. Schneck will count about $600,000 on the Steelers' 2004 salary cap. Schneck's deal will not be officially announced until the team can find room under the salary cap to sign him. Pittsburgh was only $40,000 short of the cap before agreeing to a deal with Schneck.
