Royals | Brett To Remain As VP Of Baseball Operations

Jeffrey Flanagan, of the Kansas City Star, reports Hall of Fame 3B George Brett is currently working under a new deal with the Kansas City Royals and remains the team's vice president of baseball operations. There were rumors floating around that when Brett's old contract expired last fall, his position with the Royals would diminish completely.
