Dolphins | Marino Having Second Thoughts?
ESPN.com reports Miami Dolphins senior vice president of football operations Dan Marino appears to be having second thoughts about his position with the team. Dolphins owner Wayne Huizenga has offered to give Marino some time off following the Super Bowl to contemplate his change in lifestyle that the new job will require. Marino is believed to be discussing his future with Huizenga, but that doesn't mean he's going to resign from the position. There had been some concern raised about Marino working directly with head coach Dave Wannstedt, whom he had a strained relationship with in the past. Marino reluctantly retired from the team two months after Wannstedt took over as the team's head coach in 2000.
