Lynn Henning of The Detroit News reports Detroit Tigers P Kenny Baugh (shoulder) is close to 100 percent in his recovery from surgery to repair a labrum tear in a shoulder. "They're going to bring me along slowly," Baugh said. "I'll probably begin the season pitching somewhere else, but if I put up some good numbers I can hopefully get a call sometime during the season."
