Packers | McGinnis Denies Link To Def. Coordinator Position
Tom Silverstein, of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, reports the speculation of former Arizona Cardinals head coach Dave McGinnis is headed to the Green Bay Packers defensive coordinator is untrue, according to McGinnis. "I have tremendous respect for Mike Sherman," McGinnis said. "I have worlds of respect for that organization, but I have not talked to him about the job (of defensive coordinator). I will say this about the Green Bay Packers. They are very special in this league. At this point, they are one of the top places you could go. That's a very intriguing situation."
