Chiefs | Cunningham to Meet with Team

Updating previous reports, Adam Teicher, of the Kansas City Star, reports Kansas City Chiefs head coach Dick Vermeil will travel to Nashville, Tenn., Saturday, Jan. 17, to meet with Gunther Cunningham about the team's vacant defensive coordinator position. Cunningham was the defensive coordinator for the Chiefs from 1995 through 1998, and then served as the team's head coach the next two seasons.
