Raiders | Callahan Not Worried About Job Status

ESPN.com reports Oakland Raiders head coach Bill Callahan is unfazed about his job status despite the Raiders' 4-10 record. "I just try to coach to the best of my ability and hope they keep me one more week, you know?" Callahan said following Oakland's 20-12 victory over the Baltimore Ravens in Week 15. LB Napoleon Harris believes Callahan, who is in the final year of a two-year contract, deserves to return as head coach in 2004. "In my opinion, I think he does," Harris said. "You have a guy who went to the Super Bowl as a rookie coach and then you have a bad season. Just to cut a guy's head off like that, it's kind of like saying, 'Wow.' But this is the NFL and you never know how things will turn out."
