Texans | Banks Could Start Falcons Game

The Houston Chronicle reports if Houston Texans QB David Carr (shoulder) is unable to start the Sunday, Nov. 30, game against the Atlanta Falcons, then backup QB Tony Banks would make his third start of the season.
