MLB | K. Brett Dies
The Associated Press reports former major league P Ken Brett, 53, died after a long battle with brain cancer Tuesday, Nov. 18. Brett, the brother of Hall of Famer George Brett, was the youngest player ever to pitch in the World Series as he was only 19 years and 1 month old when he pitched 1.1 scoreless innings for the Boston Red Sox in the 1967 World Series against the St. Louis Cardinals.
