Eagles | Thomas' Replacement Remains Undecided

Bob Brookover, of the Philadelphia Inquirer, reports Phildelphia Eagles defensive coordinator Jim Johnson said he has yet to decide who will replace injured DL Hollis Thomas (biceps) as the team's extra defensive tackle for Sunday's, Nov. 2, game against the Atlanta Falcons. His choices are rookie DL Sam Rayburn and the recently-acquired DL Jim Flanigan. Flanigan is learning a new system and Rayburn has yet to play in a professional game. Whoever does play will likely get between 20 and 25 plays. "Just run situations, to rest those other tackles," Johnson said.
