Cardinals | Garcia Returns From Suspension

Tim Tyers, of the Arizona Republic, reports Arizona Cardinals C Frank Garcia, who was suspended the first four games of the season for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy, will be allowed to return to the Cardinals' practice this week. The league has also granted the team a waiver, which will allow Garcia to rejoin the team without forcing the team to trim a player from the roster. However, if Garcia is activated for this week's game against the Dallas Cowboys, a roster move will have to be made.
