Rob Demovsky, of PackersNews.com, reports if Green Bay Packers WR Robert Ferguson (tailbone) starts in the Saturday, August 9 pre-season game against the Atlanta Falcons, either rookie WR Carl Ford or WR Karsten Bailey will start at the other receiver spot.
