Falcons | Mahdavi Has Surgery, Placed On IR

Updating previous reports, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports Atlanta Falcons LB Ben Mahdavi (foot) underwent surgery Wednesday. He had a pin inserted in his left foot to correct a stress fracture. Mahdavi was placed on the injured reserve list.
