Chargers | Charles Needs Strength
Jim Trotter, of the San Diego Union-Tribune, reports San Diego Chargers WR Terry Charles (knee), who tore his anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee last year during pre-season, has been through two training camp practices and feels good. Charles added that he needs to gain strength in his upper body and left leg. "It feels good, but it's been a long time coming," Charles said. "I know I have to work; I'm a little rusty at some things, small things that you tend not to work on. But I feel good."
