Reds | Griffey Status Update

The Cincinnati Enquirer reports Ken Griffey Jr. (shoulder), sidelined by a dislocated right shoulder, continues to work on his range of motion and strength. The original diagnosis had Griffey out six to 10 weeks, but he could be back much sooner. "The prognosis is encouraging," Reds manager Bob Boone said. "Every day there's progress. I think it will be shorter than longer."
