The Orlando Sentinel reports Miami Dolphins WR Cris Carter (kidneys) is feeling good as he gets ready to return to action Monday night. "I'm in better condition than when I was just trying to make it through practice. I feel a lot stronger and feel like I could do the things I'm used to doing," Carter said on Wednesday.
