Question: I signed up, but I didn’t receive my password via email
Are you utilizing a spam filter for your email messages? Typically mainstream email programs like AOL, Yahoo! and Hotmail will have a mail filter built into them that can restrict the email you receive from KFFL and other places depending on your level of settings. If you have placed an order and have not received your password via email in your main inbox, it is possible your spam filter picked the email up and filtered it into your bulk mail box. Please be sure to also check your bulk mail boxes for KFFL’s email.
If you do not use filters or the message was not sent to your filtered email box, it is possible there was an error on your email address when placing the order or your order did not go through. Please contact KFFL’s Customer Support team with your name, email address and product you tried to purchase for further assistance.
