I would like to disagree.  You learn how to be an owner by learning from your mistakes.  Hire Bruce Allen and Mike Shannahan to rectify a series of bad decision is leading the redskins in a positive direction.  They have decided to rebuild the team by going younger and made several trades to acquire many draft picks.  No one knew that Mcnabb and was not the smartest guy in the world.  He could not learn the comlicated offense.  I believe Dan Snyder is a passionate fan.  He is 39 years old.  He grow up as a passinate Redskins  Fan.  I love that He is willing to put big time money behind what coaches and upper management believe is a good deal.
