2011 NFL Draft – Pick 64: Randall Cobb, WR, Green Bay Packers
By Cory J. Bonini on April 29, 2011
The Green Bay Packers selected Kentucky wide receiver Randall Cobb with the 64th overall pick of the 2011 NFL Draft.
Fantasy analysis: Cobb is an exciting do-all player with enough size to play on the outside. He will probably start his Packers career as a No. 4 and be worked in as a situational player. Donald Driver is long in the tooth, and James Jones is a free agent. Expect Jordy Nelson to be the slot receiver and also play on the outside at times in 2011.
Cobb could be a nice addition in full-keeper leagues, but he might be a few years away from becoming a serious contributor. On the bright side, Green Bay loves to chuck the ball around. Single-year owners shouldn't consider him in their drafts.
