FOXSports.com’s Ken Rosenthal reports the Philadelphia Phillies acquired starting pitcher Cliff Lee and outfielder Ben Francisco from the Cleveland Indians for starting pitcher Jason Knapp, starter Carlos Carrasco, shortstop Jason Donald and catcher Lou Marson. The deal is pending a medical review.
