Jason Cole, of Yahoo! Sports, reports Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Matt Cassel (knee) has a strained medial collateral ligament in his right knee and could miss two to four weeks of action. ESPN reports the injury to be a left knee sprain.

Adam Teicher, of The Kansas City Star, reports Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Dwayne Bowe worked with the second- and third-team offense during practice Monday, Aug. 10.
In his first training camp as an NFL head coach, it clearly appears Todd Haley is not playing favorites, as he made it sound following Monday’s practice that the move was in fact a demotion. “There’s no spot taken right now,” Haley said. “We’re going to do everything we can to find players that do it our way.
