Fantasy analysis: The Titans clearly needed a quarterback, and they obviously felt Locker was their guy. Most draftniks probably didn't see that one coming, but it really isn't a surprise to us. A little bit of coaching should go a long way for Locker's accuracy in the pocket.
The Titans will remain a run-first offense, and that bodes well for Locker's early success. He could still have to sit behind a veteran quarterback, but Tennessee may feel obligated to throw him into the fire from the onset.
Fantasy owners should stash Locker in full-retention keeper leagues. He doesn't warrant a selection in single-year leagues.
