Buccaneers

Tampa Bay should continue relying heavily on Doug Martin, who could find more holes against Dallas' front. He's still more touch-reliant for value than he is a stud running back, though.

The Cowboys' secondary put up two solid weeks and won't make things easy for this aerial game. Dallas may be playing without both of their starting safeties, though. Vincent Jackson and Mike Williams, if stuck in man-to-man coverage with the cornerbacks, could have long days, but if Josh Freeman can somehow attack the middle of the field with precision - Dallas Clark alert, maybe - they could put up relevant numbers. Consider your alternatives to Jackson.

Cowboys

The Buccaneers have been torched by raids from Cam Newton and Eli Manning. Tony Romo, Dez Bryant and Miles Austin should be the next pillagers, with Jason Witten (still rounding back into form) an increasingly safer low-end starter. These corners are hardly as tough as Seattle's, who gave Dallas a manhandling last week.

Tampa's run D has looked better than it did in 2011, but a safer reason to expect a smidge less from DeMarco Murray on Sunday is Dallas' likelihood of airing it out as much as possible. Murray still ranks as playable, just not as a stud.

Buccaneers | Mike Glennon not taking a back seat

Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Mike Glennon is not going to take a back seat when it comes to competition with the team. "First I just want to be a good teammate," Glennon said. "I'm going to be a good teammate to all the guys, to the quarterbacks, to the line, to everybody. And earn the respect that way and kinda take everything in and listen to what they have to say. But at the same time, I don't know if taking a backseat would be the right term because I'm a competitor and I'm going to do whatever I can to compete. So at the same time, though, I understand I'm a rookie and it's a process, and I'm just going to worry about getting better each and every day and let things play out that way."

Tampa Bay Buccaneers general manager Mark Dominik said third-round pick QB Mike Glennon is expected to dominate the preseason snaps under center.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers CB Darrelle Revis (knee) will not take part in organized team activities with his new team next week. Revis will instead continue to work with Tampa Bay rehab personnel as he tries to get his knee back to full strength.

It's all about learning and trying to grasp whatever's thrown at me."
