Eagles

LeSean McCoy's name deserves Sharpie. Michael Vick isn't on the injury report, so he and his new flak jacket are good to go as well.

The rest of their fantasy picture doesn't look as sunny because Browns cornerback Joe Haden is expected to play. He'll probably alternate between Jeremy Maclin and DeSean Jackson, with the likely favoring toward Jackson. Both Philly wideouts are suspect chess pieces.

This probably opens up more room for Brent Celek, a borderline starter.

Browns

Cleveland expects Trent Richardson (knee) to go, but his mobility might not be at its peak. That's not ideal, especially against a quick Philly run resistance. He's an RB2 with considerable downside.

Greg Little's place on the depth chart is the biggest reason for having him in your lineup. Cleveland should be playing plenty of catch-up this week and throughout the year.

Jordan Cameron's camp buzz has him on the precipice of interest.

Leave Brandon Weeden for the bench, or preferably, the waiver wire.

Eagles latest news and notes

Eagles | Jason Kelce recovered from surgery

Philadelphia Eagles C Jason Kelce (knee) has fully recovered from the knee surgery he has this offseason.

Eagles | DeSean Jackson clarifies QB comments

Philadelphia Eagles WR DeSean Jackson clarified but ultimately stood behind his comments about wanting to have the Eagles' starting quarterback named before training camp.

"I wish I could know, but at the end of the day, that's the coach's decision," Jackson said. "I'm going to play that how it goes. I think we have four great quarterbacks, with [Michael] Vick, [Nick] Foles, [Matt] Barkley and [Dennis] Dixon ... I think throughout the offseason, everybody did everything the right way, everybody practiced hard, everybody was there, accountable, and did the things they were asked to do ... moving forward, we just look forward to knowing who will be [the starter], because that'll definitely help us prepare better going into the season. He's [Chip Kelly] never been a coach of ours; of course, with a new system, he's going to want to know who best fits the system."

Eagles | Matt Barkley contract update

Updating a previous report, Philadelphia Eagles QB Matt Barkley signed a four-year deal worth $2.739 million. The deal includes a $497,028 signing bonus as well as a $20,000 workout bonus each season.

Eagles | Matt Barkley likely still in QB competition

Philadelphia Eagles QB Matt Barkley showed good command in the huddle and had the arm strength to make several difficult throws during minicamp. Barkley will still be a candidate for the starting quarterback job when training camp starts.

Eagles | Matt Barkley agrees to terms

The Philadelphia Eagles agreed to terms with QB Matt Barkley on a four-year contract Thursday, June 13. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Browns latest news and notes

Browns | Jamoris Slaughter cleared

Browns | Jordan Cameron working on becoming starter

Cleveland Browns TE Jordan Cameron said he has been working on becoming the team's starting tight end this season and has been learning offensive coordinator Norv Turner's scheme. "It's just having the mindset that I'm going to be the guy, try and take over this role," Cameron said. "The confidence is huge with that, and I think I get more confidence every day, learning new things. With [tight ends coach Jon Embree], he really knows the details and how to make you a better player, whether it be blocking or positioning or route-running." Cameron said the new offense is allowing tight ends to run deep routes.

Browns | Davone Bess could start early

Cleveland Browns WR Davone Bess could start while WR Josh Gordon serves his two-game suspension.

Browns | Not interested in Vonta Leach

The Cleveland Browns are not interested in signing FB Vonta Leach.

Browns | Impressed with two FS candidates

The Cleveland Browns were impressed with how FS Tashaun Gipson and CB Johnson Bademosi have performed at free safety during organized team activities. FS Jamoris Slaughter (Achilles') is also expected to compete for the starting job once he recovers from his Achilles' tendon injury.
