Jaguars

Maurice Jones-Drew will take a back seat to Rashad Jennings this week, and though he'll probably squeeze in complementary work, he's not going to provide what you drafted him for.

If you went weak on QBs in your draft, Blaine Gabbert is a sneaky play. Hopefully, you don't have to consider him yet. The Vikes' pass rush could stifle much of his potential.

Justin Blackmon, however, looks like a decent start as Gabbert's favorite target. Against a favorable opponent, the rookie snare might not waste time showcasing his abilities and this aerial game that's a solid candidate for improvement. Laurent Robinson, however, needs more work with Gabbert and should only be credited with flex confidence.

Vikings

Minny has its own RB sore spot. Even if Adrian Peterson (knee) plays, he'll be a complement to the unheralded Toby Gerhart. The Jags own a stout run D, though.

Percy Harvin and Kyle Rudolph should see plenty of targets and are a fine plays against Jacksonville's secondary.

No need to see what Christian Ponder can do in Week 1. Watch from afar, and remember the fact he'll probably grow into a decent matchup play for much of the year.
