Jaguars

Count his as a likely busy work day for Maurice Jones-Drew, who has trampled Indy throughout his career. While Indy's been better in containing ground yards, they'll probably have trouble stopping MJD through the air.

It's a bout of mid- to low-range QBs with decent matchups. Blaine Gabbert is nursing a sore backside, and though Indy's defense could give him room to throw, he's only a second slinger, if your league allows it. Laurent Robinson and Justin Blackmon are marginal fantasy plays.

Colts

Andrew Luck, like Gabbert, is only a No. 2 tosser, though he's closer to busting through with solid numbers if you're desperate.

The Jaguars have allowed the most fantasy points per game to RBs so far, having been abused by Adrian Peterson and the Arian Foster-Ben Tate duo. Though Donald Brown doesn't run as consistently as those two backfields, he has enough power to follow in their footsteps enough that the matchup tips the scales between him and most other middling options.

Reggie Wayne, Donnie Avery and Coby Fleener rank as attractive plays, as well, considering Jacksonville's secondary also has holes. Austin Collie may also join the fray, but his snaps may be limited in his first 2012 action, so he's only a desperation play.

The Jacksonville Jaguars have signed seventh-round draft choice CB Jeremy Harris. He will receive a $68,900 signing bonus but the rest of the contract details were not disclosed.

Jaguars | Denard Robinson plays some QB

Jacksonville Jaguars RB Denard Robinson, who was drafted as a running back, ran some plays at quarterback during organized team activities Wednesday, May 15. Head coach Gus Bradley declined to say which kind of plays Robinson was running, though.

Colts | Josh Chapman fully healthy

Indianapolis Colts DT Josh Chapman (knee) said his knee is completely healthy and will be able to participate in organized team activities next week.

Colts | RBs to be involved more in passing game

The Indianapolis Colts are expected to use their running backs more out of the backfield as receivers under new offensive coordinator Pep Hamilton than they did in 2012 with Bruce Arians calling plays. RB Vick Ballard led all Colts rushers with just 17 catches a year ago.

Colts | Vick Ballard favored as starting back

Indianapolis Colts RB Vick Ballard is expected to enter training camp as the team's No. 1 running back, but that doesn't mean RB Donald Brown will not also see playing time. Head coach Chuck Pagano sees Ballard as a player who gets stronger as the game wears on, while Brown is considered more of a home run hitter for the offense.

"Can Vick be an every-down guy? Yeah. Can Donnie be an every-down guy? Yeah. They are different types of runners and are more than capable on third down, knowing the protections and picking up blitzers and being effective once they get out to catch the football and doing those things out of the backfield," Pagano said. "Vick is a solid, solid guy; Donnie is a home run hitter," Pagano said. "If he gets the edge and hits a crease, he can take it the distance."

Colts | Allen Chapman signed

The Indianapolis Colts have signed undrafted free-agent CB Allen Chapman (Kansas State). Terms of the contract were not disclosed. In a corresponding move, the team waived CB Nigel Malone.

Colts | Hugh Thornton working RG

The Indianapolis Colts lined OG Hugh Thornton up at right guard during their rookie minicamp and will allow him to develop at the position.
