Arizona Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians was disappointed with his team during organized team activities Tuesday, May 21, and he singled out several players for making mental mistakes two weeks in a row. The Cardinals were ranked dead last in the league in total offense last year.

Cardinals | Roster moves

The Arizona Cardinals signed undrafted free-agent WR Charles Hawkins (Southern) Tuesday, May 21, and waived WR Javone Lawson (Achilles') in a corresponding move.

Cardinals | Jeff King had knee surgery

Updating a previous report, Arizona Cardinals TE Jeff King (knee) underwent knee surgery early in the offseason. The coaching staff hopes King can return to practice in early June.

Cardinals | Daryl Washington pleads not guilty

Arizona Cardinals LB Daryl Washington has pleaded not guilty in a case in Phoenix where he was charged with aggravated assault and criminal trespass. He allegedly grabbed a woman by the throat and shoving her to the ground.

Cardinals | Coach high on Carson Palmer

Arizona Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians said he likes the deep pass QB Carson Palmer will be able to bring to the team. "He's tough as nails. As good a deep-ball thrower as I've ever seen. I mean really accurate on the deep ball. He still has it. What he did last year with the [Oakland Raiders], in a crazy situation, I thought was very, very impressive," Arians said.

Green Bay Packers LB Desmond Bishop (hamstring) said he is completely healthy heading into this season, and that he plans on becoming the league's defensive Most Valuable Player in 2013. Bishop missed all of last season with a torn hamstring.
