Tim Tebow just might be a real QB this week

Will Tim Tebow look like an actual quarterback this week and not just the rushing treat he has predominantly shown to be this season? I think so.

Our friends at FanDuel.com have set up a fun salary cap fantasy football challenge where you can take me on this weekend. It costs $2 to play and all you have to do is finish higher than me to land $5 in your bankroll. That is almost a lock with the way I have picked this year! Turn your minimal entry fee into $150 ... and more! There is $500 worth of prizes being dished out to the top teams, but it is limited to only 276 participants this week. Don't be left out in the cold when it comes to easy money before the holidays. Do you have what it takes? Try to beat me in Week 13!

What I learned from Week 1 of the NFL season

I never have been a fan of Internet lists, so I may need to have a few drinks tonight to wash down the taste of hypocrisy. Before I wash off the filth, I'll indulge all of you list-lovers out there.

The 10 things I learned from Week 1 NFL action (in no particular order): Tap your mouse here for more »

Eric Decker deserves a chance and a fantasy football roster spot

Looking for a deep sleeper at wide receiver? So am I, and I may have found him.

Second-year wide receiver Eric Decker is in a quality situation to be a profitable fantasy football gamble in all standard and deep leagues. His Denver Broncos teammate, Eddie Royal, proclaimed himself healthy after hip surgery, but wideout Demaryius Thomas (Achilles') will miss the first six to eight games. NFL Draft Grapevine: AFC winners and losers

Now that we've had a few days to digest the offerings of the 2010 NFL Draft, it is time for our annual draft winners and losers piece. In what is always a controversial analysis, everyone has fun grading the draft or tearing apart the next guy's evaluation. Truth be told, it's unfair to grade anything before a few seasons of football have been played, but who has time for that? Tap your mouse here for more »

Draft Grapevine: Tim Tebow's Wild Ride

Tim Tebow. Uttering his name piques interest. It raises heads, opens eyes and usually engages debate.

He's a linebacker ... a tight end ... and H-back ... a trick-play specialist ... throw him out wide. It's not too often you hear someone say that he is a quarterback and should be one at the next level. Tap your mouse here for more »

Senior Bowl wrap-up

A few players stood out to me - good and bad - in this past week of Senior Bowl work. Saturday's game reaffirmed my feelings toward a few players. I wish the North squad didn't beat up on the South so badly in the game, because it affected the way the South coaches called the game to a degree. Then again, so did their meager quarterback play.... Tap your mouse here for more »

Senior Bowlers I am watching

The Senior Bowl is upon us, and there are many intriguing storylines coming out of Mobile, Ala. Can Oregon's LeGarrette Blount repair his image? Will Florida's Tim Tebow show scouts he is a capable quarterback at the next level? Can the week of practice clear up what position Michigan's Brandon Graham will be drafted as? Is Mississippi's Dexter McCluster a running back or wide receiver in the NFL? How many cheeseburgers can Alabama's Terrence Cody eat in a sitting?
