In this article KFFL breaks down fantasy football busts of the week. Some high-level players will be included, because you need to know when is time to sit a player even though it may not seem appropriate. Primarily, however, we will address the midrange to low-end fantasy options that you rack your brain over each week. Read on to learn which of these players that you wouldn't want in your lineup.

Fantasy football busts - Week 2: QB | RB | WR | TE | PK | DT

Neil Rackers, Arizona Cardinals at Jacksonville Jaguars

Fantasy value: Midrange No. 1

  • Rackers attempted three field goals last week, connecting on all, with a long of 44 yards. He also booted one extra point.
  • Jacksonville yielded just one field goal attempt last week (a miss) and only two extra point attempts. The two kicking points allowed last week were the fifth fewest in the league.

NEW - Mason Crosby, Green Bay Packers vs. Cincinnati Bengals

Fantasy value: Midrange No. 1

  • The Bengals held the Denver Broncos' place kicker to two field goal attempts, both successful. Keep in mind that Denver's offense has had plenty of moving parts this offseason and isn't exactly a juggernaut.
  • Cincy has improved on defense thanks to the infusion of youth at linebacker and in the secondary as well as DC Mike Zimmer's aggressive approach. They allowed the 12th fewest points to kickers last year.
  • Crosby carried his preseason accuracy issues (5-for-10 on field goal attempts) into Week 1, when he was 2-for-3 on field goal attempts against the Chicago Bears.
